LinkedIn Terms of Service Compliance

By using DMAND, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. While we provide rate limiting and guidance, you must ensure your usage patterns remain within LinkedIn's acceptable use policies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DMAND ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Responsibilities & LinkedIn Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Professional Community Policies
  • Monitoring your own message sending patterns and invitation rates
  • Ensuring your outreach activities do not constitute spam or unwanted communication
  • Respecting daily and weekly connection limits imposed by LinkedIn
  • Using authentic, professional communication that adds value to recipients
  • Not using the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

Platform Limits: While DMAND provides built-in rate limiting and best practices guidance, these are recommendations based on industry standards. LinkedIn's actual limits may vary based on your account age, activity history, and other factors. You must monitor your own account for any warnings or restrictions from LinkedIn.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass outreach that violates LinkedIn's policies
  • Use the service to harvest email addresses or other personal information
  • Exceed reasonable connection request or message sending volumes
  • Use misleading profile information or impersonate others
  • Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's security measures or rate limits
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for illegal activities or harassment

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your DMAND account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your LinkedIn account is restricted or banned due to activity facilitated by DMAND
  • You engage in abusive or harmful behavior toward other users
  • Payment issues occur with your subscription

LinkedIn Account Issues: If your LinkedIn account is restricted, suspended, or banned while using DMAND, we are not responsible for any resulting limitations to the service. You remain liable for your subscription fees during any LinkedIn-imposed restrictions.

5. Service Availability & Limitations

DMAND provides tools and automation features, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific response rates or business outcomes
  • Compatibility with all LinkedIn interface changes
  • Protection from LinkedIn account restrictions

6. Liability & Disclaimers

DMAND is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for:

  • LinkedIn account restrictions or suspensions
  • Lost business opportunities or revenue
  • Data loss or privacy breaches on third-party platforms
  • Changes to LinkedIn's policies or interface

7. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Refunds are provided at our discretion, typically only for technical issues on our end. LinkedIn account restrictions do not qualify for automatic refunds.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
